With our low hourly rates and no extra travel charge buffalochips remains competitive against all other local and national services.
- Our basic on-site hourly service rate is $75/hr from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday ($90/hr for business customers).
- For after hours service (5pm to 8am), and weekends, our hourly service rate is $90/hr ($100/hr for business customers).
- Minimum 1 hour service charge.
- After the first hour of service, billing continues in 15 minutes increments.
- Quick turnaround time. In most cases your computer will be back up and running within 24-48 hours of your call to BuffaloChips
buffalochips 1 hour guarantee - If we are able to resolve your issue in less than 1 hour, our policy is to spend the remainder of that hour performing a PC tune-up, or another computer related task of your choice. We believe if you PAY for an hour, we should STAY for an hour.
*Cost of any software or hardware is not included in the BuffaloChips hourly rate.
